Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our Catalogue,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will
be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We
accept most credit and debit cards.

Shipping And Handling

We have a sliding scale of postage charges depending on the value of your order: UK orders up to £20 cost £3.00 ,from £20-£30 cost £3.00- £30-£40 cost £4.00 £40- £50 cost £5. over £50 Free in UK only


We ship outside the UK.
Postage for orders overseas is charged at cost. We will email you to advise you on postage if it is above the default overseas postage of £15.95

Your order confirmation will show shipping as £15.95 but we reserve the right to charge the actual cost of shipping which might be lower but might also be higher.

Delivery Schedule

We process all orders as quickly as possible and it should reach you within a week. However, if one of our Newsletters has just been sent out, please be patient as sometimes we find we are working up to a week behind due to the response. If we are out of stock of any item, please allow 28 days for delivery.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.

Payment Options

We accept safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer - please email to request the bank details.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you order arrives in poor condition or
doesn't arrive at all - it's not your problem. We'll take care of it. If you
are not happy with any item, for any reason, please return it to us for a
prompt refund or exchange. No delay - no problem.

Returns Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we offer you the right to cancel your purchase without specifying a reason, as long as it is within the cancellation period.The cancellation
period expires 14 working days from the day after the day that you receive your goods.

Should you wish to exercise this right simply notify us and we shall refund
your money within 30 days of receiving notification. Please return all
unwanted goods to our mail order address.
